Project question

Can conversational assistance support a complex purchase while keeping the knowledge boundary, uncertainty and route to a qualified human visible?
Current public form

A completed pre-launch concierge experience built around an approved knowledge shelf. It supports guided conversation, recommendations, source references, visible uncertainty, reset and a deliberate human handoff.

01 · System thesis

The idea is a system,
not a decorative effect.

A bounded service flow where guidance remains connected to controlled knowledge, source references, visible uncertainty and human handoff.
  1. 01

    Controlled knowledge

Answers begin from an approved product, policy and service shelf instead of an undefined promise of general intelligence.

  2. 02

    Visible boundary

Known information, unresolved questions and prohibited claims are presented as different states.

  3. 03

    Deliberate handoff

A visitor can organise the request, preserve its source context and choose when to continue with a qualified person.

02 · Prototype scope

Guidance with evidence
and human judgment.

Completed experience
  • Completed guided conversation experience
  • Session history, product guidance and source references
  • Visible knowledge limits, fallback and reset states
  • Visitor-controlled human-handoff route
Release safeguards
  • Guidance stays within the approved knowledge shelf
  • Unresolved questions move to a qualified person
  • The visitor chooses when to continue to a human enquiry
  • Production release requires named service, privacy and knowledge owners

03 · Validation plan

The experience is complete.
Validation defines the next step.

  1. 01

Confirm the launch owner and response standard

  2. 02

Approve the production knowledge shelf and named source owners

  3. 03

    Complete privacy and retention sign-off

  4. 04

Run release-day accessibility and handoff checks

L·02 · Commission path

Have a real use case
for this direction?

A client implementation begins by adapting the approved knowledge shelf, service ownership, privacy boundary and human handoff to the operating context.
