Project question
Can a mixed human, model and tool workflow be represented as a readable score in which approvals, sources and reversal remain visible?
A self-initiated functional workflow prototype. Visitors can load examples, add and configure steps, validate and simulate a run, inspect status and export the current workflow as JSON. No external automation, model, tool execution, backend, persistence or operational customer data is connected.
01 · System thesis
The idea is a system,
not a decorative effect.
Automation written as a readable score: human judgment, model work, tools, approvals, and reversal on one line.- 01
Readable score
Each movement identifies the actor, input, intended output and the state that can be restored.
- 02
Approval boundary
Human judgment is represented as a designed gate, not an informal promise hidden outside the workflow.
- 03
Evidence trail
Source material, inference and release state remain distinguishable so speed does not erase accountability.
02 · Prototype scope
The current prototype
and its scope.
- Live agents or background automation
- Connected third-party tools
- Authentication, persistence or audit storage
- Production security, reliability or customer deployment
03 · Next evidence
Validation defines
the next step.
- 01
Map one real operating workflow with its owners
- 02
Test whether reviewers can identify the next required decision
- 03
Define failure, retry and rollback states
- 04
Prototype a bounded connection only after permissions and evidence rules are known
